Self Control App

Having trouble getting stuff done this week? Maybe all you need is a little self control. Or if that fails, this Self Control App for the Mac. It allows you to temporarily block those pesky, addictive websites that you just can't get enough of. You don't have to block them permanently, just long enough to get a few things done.

Which seems like essentially the same thing, without being able to actually specify the blacklist (it blocks ALL network activity)
SelfControl can block the whole internet if you put it into whitelist mode.
However it isn't perfect. Right now it's on and somehow the internet still works. This is the first time that's happened though.
